Collaborate with hiring managers to
identify staffing needs, design and update job descriptions.
Must conduct a thorough job analysis to identify the key skills,
qualifications, and experience required for the role.
Managing the recruitment process,
including posting jobs and maintaining applicant databases.
Sourcing and screening applications of candidates to assess their suitability for the role. This involves
reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews.
Responsible for negotiating the job offer with the selected
candidate, including salary, benefits, and other terms of employment and closing job vacancies.
Generate offer letters and once the candidate accepts the job offer, must facilitate the
onboarding process, including completing necessary paperwork, conducting
orientation, and helping the new employee get acclimated to the
organization
Initiate background verification of
joined candidates and follow up until closure
Responsible for update and maintenance of
employee HR MIS and document control for all related process
