Job Description

Business Development:

-          Develop and implement a strategic sales plan targeting Government Education Departments, Key Corporates (KC), Social Welfare Trusts, and Other Big Institutions within the designated area; Identify opportunities within government tenders, RFPs, and other procurement channels.

-          Contract Matrix & Activation Planning: Develop a contract matrix with key decision-makers of SSA/Govt. Education Dept, KCs, and plan/executing activations in conjunction with the brand team.

Ecommerce Strategy & Growth:

-          Develop and execute ecommerce strategies, oversee platform operations, and analyze performance metrics for optimization.

-          Manage the ecommerce product catalog, ensure effective category management, plan/executing digital marketing campaigns, and analyze ecommerce metrics for improvement.

Client Relationship Management:

-          Establish and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers and act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

-          Develop Servicing Strategies: Understand systems at each key Govt. institution and craft servicing strategies aligned with customer expectations and ITC ESPB’s business plan.

Activation Planning & Bid Management:

-          Lead the preparation of winning proposals, presentations, and tenders tailored to government requirements ensuring compliance with government procurement regulations and policies.

-          Develop a contract matrix with key decision-makers of SSA/Govt. Education Dept, KCs, and plan/executing activations in conjunction with the brand team.

Collaboration:

-          Work closely with cross-functional teams (product development, marketing, legal) to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

-          Facilitate interface between ITC managers and account organization by building relationships across the hierarchy.

Market Research and Insights:

-          Stay updated on government policies, funding programs, and initiatives that impact the business.

-          Develop systems for capturing and reporting competitor activity information (sell-in, margins, etc.)

-          Competitor Systems Understanding: Understand competitors’ systems and processes in these channels and incorporate learnings.

Digital Marketing & Analytics:

-          Track and report sales performance, pipeline progress, and market developments to senior management.

-          Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Paid Social, Email, Search) to drive ecommerce sales and brand awareness.
